Cocktails are like cooking, it takes dedication and passion to gain the experience and understanding of the fundamentals of making a bloody good drink. Martinis, Mojitos, Collins’s, Breezes, Caprioskas and Margaritas – we all have our favourite (some of us will just drink em’ all…); but there is nothing worse than getting a drink that you know and love that just isn’t right.

Bushido and it’s crew have been involved in the Sydney Cocktail Scene from 1999 in the operation of the ground breaking Grand Pacific Blue Room. Our cocktail bartenders are all capable of mixing the finest drink and presenting it exquisitely time after time. Imagine spending a night in the greatest bar that you know; now imagine having that level of service at your next event.
